Welcome to the CHIQA family! We're so excited for you to experience your new hair.
If you’re new to wearing hair, it might take a bit of time to make the piece feel like your own—blending, maybe a quick trim from a stylist, or even just getting used to wearing hair in general!
However, if that is not the case, we’re here to make this transition easy, starting with our first-time return option.
What We Offer:
- First-Free Return
- First-Free Return: You’re eligible for a free return on one product in your first order, with no restocking fee and complimentary return shipping!
- *Note: If you purchased more than one piece/item, only one can be returned for free. Any additional returns will have a $140 USD restocking fee.
- Virtual Try-on Date: This date is the only requirement in order to activate your First Free Return eligibility, so don’t miss out! Let us help you get accustomed to your new best friend.

Return Options:
- Refund (with Restocking Fee)
- Restocking Fee: Returns on all orders are subject to a $140 USD restocking fee.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Store Credit
- Choose full store credit for your purchase amount, which you can use toward your next order.
- Shipping: Shipping arrangements and costs are to be assumed by the customer.
- Swaps
- Want a different product? If it’s in stock, we’ll help you make the exchange. If not, we’ll issue store credit or assist with a custom order if preferred.
How to Start Your Return
Please email us at chiqahair@gmail.com within 4 days from the delivery date. Be sure to attach your shipping receipt and include “RETURN RECEIPT” in the subject line for faster processing.

GENERAL RETURN INFORMATION
- Shipping Options
It’s important to note that shipping costs are not covered by CHIQA when sent back, so we suggest using your local post office or DHL for the best service and tracking.
- For international customers, contact DHL Express to book your return pickup.
- For US customers, please drop off your return at your nearest post office.
- Return Condition Requirements
We kindly ask that you return your piece in original condition:
- No alterations, tampering or washing; clips must be intact and closed with no hair in them.
- Please try on your piece with clean, product-free hair and ensure it is free from any scents (e.g., smoke, pets, perfumes).
If the piece does not meet these conditions, a restocking fee of $150 USD may be applied, or the item may be shipped back at your expense.
- Special Cases
- Customized Pieces: Any customized items are final sale.
- In-Person Purchases: Returns for in-store purchases are not accepted.
- Faulty Products: Each item is inspected carefully, but in the rare event your product is faulty and unrepairable, we’ll issue a full refund.
- Final Sale Items: Items labeled ‘SALE’ or purchased with a ‘FINAL’ discount code cannot be returned.
INTERNATIONAL SALES & CUSTOMS
- Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. If customs or duty fees are unpaid, the piece will be sent back at your expense, with a $140 USD restocking fee, original shipping costs and any other incurred fees.
- Customs Declaration for Returns: When returning a product, please complete the customs form as a “returned product to the retailer (CHIQA hair).” Any tax costs due to incorrect forms will be deducted from your refund. Please contact chiqahair@gmail.com for further information.
- Non-Payment of Customs Fees: If unpaid customs fees cause your item to return to us, you’ll be charged for re-shipping or refunded minus initial postage, entry fees, and a 10% restocking fee.
- Custom pieces are non-refundable and final sale.
