United States & Peru (National) Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all hair piece orders!

  • Delivery Time: Approx. 1-7 business days.

  • Processing Time: We aim to dispatch orders by the next 1- 2 business days from when the order is placed. For customized pieces, allow 2-6 weeks for dispatch.

  • Tracking & Insurance: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way!

  • We don't deliver to PO boxes, keep this in mind!

International Shipping

We offer Free DHL Shipping on all orders over $800!

  • Delivery Time: Approx. 5-15 business days (depending on your location).

  • Processing Time: Orders typically ship the next 1-2 business days. For customized pieces, allow 2-6 weeks for dispatch.

  • Tracking & Duties: You’ll receive a DHL tracking number when your order is dispatched. Please note that import taxes, custom fees and duties may apply to deliveries in your country, and these are the recipient’s responsibility. Unfortunately, these fees are non-refundable if you decide to return the item.
  • Import Taxes & Fees: Please check your country’s import duties/taxes and any other requirements (such as fumigation certificates) before placing an order. Any related fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

  If your package is returned to us due to unpaid customs or clearance fees, and you'd like it re-shipped, we’ll need to      charge you for postage. If the package is returned because these fees weren’t paid, we’ll deduct the original shipping      costs, any fees from returning it to the US, plus a 10% restocking fee from your refund.

  • If you live in Spain or Italy, a fumigation certificate is required. Please contact us directly at chiqahair@gmail.com for more information.

Important: Our carrier cannot ship to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address and contact number for national and international orders.

A Few Extra Details...

  • Address Accuracy: Be sure to triple-check your shipping address at checkout! If an incorrect address is provided, we won’t be responsible for lost packages or offer refunds. We’re also unable to redirect orders after they’ve been shipped.

  • Shipping Restrictions: We are unable to ship to certain locations (Russia, Ukraine, Iceland, Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Macedonia).

  • Delivered but not received: Its so frustrating when these things happen! We try to ensure successful deliveries by providing you with tracking. If your item has been marked as delivered to the address, but you have not received it, please contact the couriers. You should also double check that the address you provided to us was correct.We cannot be held responsible when packages marked as delivered to a certain address have not been received.

ORDERS

Tracking your Order

Once your payment clears, we’ll process and ship your order right away! We’ll keep you posted on everything: you'll get an email confirming when we’ve processed your order and another with a tracker ID when it’s shipped.

For domestic orders, you can check updates on FEDEX/UPS, and for international orders, through DHL Express.

A few details to keep in mind:

  • Sometimes we ship directly from Cusco, Peru, using DHL for international. Therefore, delivery times are estimated and can be affected by external factors beyond our control.

  • All shipments require a signature or use a courier service. If you're not available to sign, the carrier will provide pick-up or redelivery instructions. If uncollected, the parcel will be returned to us, and we’ll need to re-ship it to you at your expense as a final sale.
